About Us
The passion to eat has always driven us in every aspect of our lives From travelling, learning to cook, working in restaurants, and even planning our days...
Lauren's care for our planet led her down a different path though. In 2017, she decided to go vegan. Quickly realizing that the options available to a vegan in Miami were slim pickings. She set about learning to make her own vegan food with more creative options. This is what led to the beginning of Isabel's, vegan food that doesn't try to be healthy or an alternative pretending to be something it isn't. Just food that tastes great, and gives people a feeling of comfort.
Adrian's been working in restaurants for about 10 years and cooking for 7 of them. It was a no brainer that he should help Lauren open Isabel's. He's deeply held belief is that everyone is entitled to a delicious meal, a welcoming environment, with a creative twist. All while utilizing the best foods Miami has to offer.
